We grow our olives in the Santa Cruz Mountains, where the mornings are foggy, the afternoons are warm and the trees seem to know what they are doing.

We keep the process simple on purpose. Good olives. Careful timing. No shortcuts.

The result is an oil that’s bright, green, and finishes with a little bite, exactly how we like it.

FROM THE DESK OF PERCY

“Hi, I'm Percy the handsome dude on the front label. I work as VP of fertilizing for BADASS OLIVE OIL.

I was rescued, together with my brother Nigel, from a slaughter house on the southern border and trucked up to California courtesy of Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue. We now live in an agrarian paradise in The Santa Cruz Mountains on a boutique olive farm.

Our trees are all of the rustic Italian variety, Frantoio, Leccino, pressed December 2025, producing if I say so myself, an undeniably high quality olive oil. What's the secret you may ask? It's all in the fertilizer.”
